Im wondering is someone can help on this.
We have multiple projects set up in Jira software and each of these have their own Service Desk linked.
We have set up the client portals and companies have their own logins to create tickets. I have recently created a Knowledge Base for one of our Service Desk Projects and was looking at integrating the Widget for the client. The problem is you have to login-free portal set up. We do not want each service desk customer seeing other projects and now i have opened up one of the projects this is the case.
I need to have the service desk for the organisation shown to just those users, no others, but have the widget set up.
Is there a way around this?
Thanks
Hello Melissa,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Once you have a login-free portal, all the request types available for this project will be visible to all customers. So, for example, if a customer has access to only one portal, if you have another project and change it to login-free, the customer and everyone else from the project will be able to open requests on both projects.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to have a widget without login-free:
For now, the best option is to let customers using the customer portal, so they can log in to their specific project and you can control who has access to each project.

Angélica
