Hi all,
I'm trying Jira ServiceDesk on premise and have Device42 on other om premise server.
I failed to make working Device42 Connector in my Jira SD : status is "Failed to scan".
I tried with different d42 admin account, without any sucess.
I tried to check in Jira log files, without any relevant info.
Any idea to solve that ?

Hi @Regis KARAKOZIAN I am sharing some examples from the connection settings within server instance I have available:
The base URL should be formatted similar to above as IP or FQDN of the Device42 VM. The username will need to be a user account that is able to log-in to the Device42 web ui.
If both the URL and credentials are correct, you will need to verify from your JSD server this network is able to reach the Device42 VM over HTTPS on port 443.
If connectivity and authentication is addressed, the connection and sync should then be possible.
