Developers can’t see issues logged by client in our Project's Backlog! What could be the reason?

The client logged issues for our developers to work on but they can’t see it in the backlog! I think I have missed something after changing the workflow.

Hi @Krishna Singh 

There could be some reasons of why you can't see these issues:

  • There are unmapped statuses on your board. E.g. the first status when creating an issue has changed from "Open" to "To Do" or similar. If you've done this, then the new status "To Do" is unmapped and you have to map it from your board settings.
  • Then I would also check if you have added any automation about setting a security level. If you've done this from your workflow, then make sure to add the developers to that security level

We will need more information. What did you change? And which status does the issue go to on Create in the workflow?
