Detailed reports of all requests

Maciej Wojcieszak December 21, 2018

Hi,

I'm just curious about one little thing. Is there any tool to make one big detailed report which will include number of requests from every of mine request types? Monthly, per year, doesn't matter.

Something like:

Main group 1 - 10

   main group 1 sub-group 1 - 3

   main group 1 sub-group 2 - 7

Main group 2 - 20

...

etc.

I know I can use gadget to make dozen of specified sub-groups, but is there any solution to bring them all into one together?

@Maciej Wojcieszak, welcome to the Community. I'm not really following your here. Are you asking if you can create a report that shows you how issue count by issue type, e.g.

Epic = 22

Story = 323

Task = 122

sub-task = 567

or am I off base here?

Almost. If I have some main groups of my requests (looking from customer side) for example Epic and inside this group I have request types. Path will be sth like this:

Epic -> Extraordinary

        -> More Epic

Story -> Scarry

          -> Funny

And what I need to do is find out how to take out counts of those main ones (Epic/Story) and below other (Extraordinary/More Epic).

i can't think of a way to do this natively. If it is infrequent then maybe creating a filter, exporting and doing in excel. if you want real-time and frequent results then I would peruse the Marketplace.

It should be updated real-time. I'll see Marketplace, maybe I can find there something what I need. As far as I was looking after solution I find out that it partially can be solved by filters, but it's not precisely what I'm looking for.

Thanks for advice!
