How do I separate customers from one organisation into departments so I can later create reports on number of tickets each department have created?

Currently, it's not possible to add departments or other organization inside an organization. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Thanks, that particular link wasn't really the same as mine.
I did my own search and found plenty of tickets related to what I would like to see.
