Deleting auto-generated transition that is not visible in diagram view

I have a transition titled: "waiting for support" that I need to delete altogether. I can see it in the text-based version of my workflow but not in the diagram version. From what I've read so far, diagram view is the only way to delete a transition. See attached pix...

When you click on Waiting for Support at the bottom of the box do you see conditions or validators ? Can you show a screen shot of that line (to the right with the box with the details)?

I removed the allow all transitions from the In Progress step and it went away! Thanks again!

It looks like you are clicking on the status box - and not the transition (the line).  When you click on the transition/line - you should see it.

Caglad, thanks for responding so quickly. I clicked on every line and still do not see it. I'm showing transition labels in this pic as well.
