Deleting an organization

When I try to delete an organization, I get a message that says it cannot be deleted because there are still products in the organization. So I deleted each product from the organization, but confluence is the only one that I cannot delete. It is in a pending state. Why is it pending?

This may be due to the grace period after cancellation request and product deactivation.

I've seen this before, but I don't know why it's only Confluence.

How long ago did you cancel the subscriptions or delete all the products?

When was the next bill date on each of those products?

Cancelling the subscriptions goes into a pending status until the next bill date.

After that, it will be either 15 days or 60 days, depending on the Billing Experience applied to your Organization, before the product is permanently deleted. Atlassian provides that time period for you to recover your product and data if the cancellation was made in error.

Has the next scheduled billing date, after you cancelled/deleted the products, passed?

Has the grace period, 15 or 60 days as applicable to your billing experience, since that next scheduled billing date passed?
