Hi,
I am a site admin and I can delete old filters from users who are no longer active. Clicked the three dots and there are no options to delete. I go to manage the subscriptions, but can not change the owner to myself and I can not log in as the old user as they have been removed.
Read that Scriptrunner is used for this on server, is this the case on Cloud?
Thanks in advance.
J
In order to delete a filter, you can go to the Cog Icon, then System and on the left panel search for Filters. If you click in that option the filters will be listed and in the three dots icon, you'll find the delete option.
Here is a screenshot:
Hopefully this helps you find the option to delete the filter.

Have you check via the Administration >> Systems >> Filters UI?\
You will need to be careful on deleting filters, because if the filters are being used in a board, then your action will also corrupt the boards they are associated with.
Here is a reference link on managing filters within an env - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-shared-filters/
Hope this helps.
