Define specific approver relevant to a specific customer

I am looking to be able to set a specific approver(s) per customer/organisation.

For example, Customer A emails a request from Org A, it automatically requests approval from Approver A.

Customer B emails a request from Org B, it automatically requests from Approver B and NOT Approver A.

Can anyone help if this is possible and how to set it up?

I have looked everywhere and even tried Atlassian support

Hi @James Luxmore 

Welcome to the community.

You can simply define an automation within project settings. When issue is created, add if/else rule and set Approver for each Org.

Thanks Tansu, all of that makes sense, however, how do I set who the Approvers are so it will get to the correct approver?

You will choose the corresponding approver for each Organization in each if block.
