Hi everyone,
we have an issue with the SLA in one Jira. We get the error:Error rendering 'com.atlassian.servicedesk.frontend-webpack-plugin:sla-web-panel-react',
while other JSM projects work fine. We already tried full re-indexing, cache cleanup, checked and compared SLA configs with a working project, but the issue still exists for all users and browsers.
Any idea what could cause this or what else we should check?
The issue was fixed, I deleted all SLA's and added them again. I checked all JQL and goals conditions, everything was ok, but it did not fix until I deleted all SLA's.
Based on you error, check with your admin, seems like a system app is not functioning.
Check the server logs.
This is usually if a custom panel is used or a custom dashboard gadget, can be broken based on a DC update.

Hi @David Shahbazyan ,
just to be sure, did u check SLA configuration in order to be sure that JQL is valid and that related statuses are still existing? I had the same issue when I deleted a status used in my SLA configuration.
Please let us know,
Fabio
