Hi Everyone - I have been researching quite a bit about the default JSM reports so that I can use them for our new Service Desk. As of now, I do not see the Default reports as presented in a lot of the documentation. The first screenshot is what I am expecting to find, the second one is what I actually see in my Project.
Welcome to the community. Reports listing depends on the template that you used when creating the projects.
There are two sections of default reports in general - Default and Custom. Usually, you will see the default reports listed and then the custom reports listed right under the "Default reports" section in its own grouping named "Custom reports"
Here are the Atlassian documentation links on default/custom default reports for your references -

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-custom-reports/

Can you tell us what template that you used in creating your project? In addition, what is your subscription plan for your JSM cloud licenses?
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hi @Will Vargas welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Some reports may be limited to specific templates used.
As for SLA reports, have you defined service level agreements in your service project?
