Dediacted URL for service desk portal

Hello there,

we are running JIRA with servicedesk attached on it. It runnning on domain name, lets say domainA.com

The problem is that this is stuff only domain, so customers shouldn't see it.

We want to show service desk frontend on domainB.com URL. How we can manage it?

I made dedicated NGINX host for domainB.com but it also redirect any link to domainA.com when i'm trying to access it.

Hi @Harold Whistler , 

Jira will construct URLs based on the BASE_URL setting. You should change it if you want to use domainB.com to access Jira and Service Desk : https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-the-base-url-938847830.html

Just a reminder : you can't have different URLs or domains for Jira and for Service Desk.

Anyway we've changed base url and now its ok
