Somos varios departamentos utilizando jira, departamento de producto , dep. I+D , Calidad , operaciones , en un futuro seremos más.
Entre nuestro trabajo diario una parte es un flujo compartido de lanzamiento de producto, pero siempre tenemos otras tareas asociadas al departamento que son propias de cada departamento.
Mi duda es qué sería mejor para mi empresa un proyecto por departamento o fusionar todos los departamentos bajo un mismo proyecto.

It really depends on how your teams work and how you have set up your processes. Combining into one can reduce the number of agent licenses and help keep costs down. It can provide easy collaboration and help keep SLAs, reporting, etc. the same and make it easier to maintain. Separating them into different projects can provide the opposite but can also be setup the same if you give everyone access to each project.
