Hi,
We currently have 100 Atlassian Access licenses and using 98 of these. However, we have about 10 users who have access to other products such as Bitbucket, Trello that falls outside of our use but they have used their work email address to sign up for this.
My concern is that if I deactivate the accounts to reduce the count of 98 as we need to allocate more Jira Service Management access to other users, then those accounts become deactivated completely and then they are unable to even log a service desk portal request.
Is there any way around removing their product access to the other products?
