Hi Team,
Deduplication is currently not working in our environment. Even when the same alert is triggered multiple times, it is creating separate tickets instead of merging them into a single incident.
Due to this issue, multiple duplicate tickets are getting generated for the same alert.
Kindly check and help us resolve this issue.
