I have a few questions regarding data retention when transitioning from the trial version of Jira Service Management to a paid subscription (currently on the premium plan). Specifically, I want to ensure that all the configurations I’ve set up during the trial period are retained after the trial expires.
I’ve set up a trial version for my organization to test certain features and improve our processes. It may take some time before we fully integrate Jira Service Management, so I want to ensure that all existing settings, projects, queues, and workflows will be saved when we transition to the paid subscription.

Hi @Nicholas Sealey welcome to the community. There should be no data loss when switching licenses and going up from the Free license to Premium. Your instance doesn't change, just the licensing behind it. I switched from Free to Standard and had no issues.
