Data Manager - Importing data into Assets schema

Hi,

I got job created and i've managed to run it properly. Cleansing and import was succesful too but I'm struggling with importing Data into Assets schema. When my saved search shows 380 objects, mapped attributes properly but when it comes to assets import, it transfers only 1 object. It says that other 379 are duplicates. Any idea what could be the problem?

Hi Jacek, 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!  

The identifier configured with the Attribute mapping for the import is what determines an object's uniqueness.  If the identifier is matching during the import the object will be seen as a duplicate of that other object. 

Would you be willing to share a few pieces of information for review:

• A snippet of your import file (maybe just a few lines)
• A screenshot of how you have your attribute mapping within the import set up
• A screenshot of the 'Edit Object Type Mapping' screen for the object you are attempting to import into
  • This can be found from the import screen in the bar for the object type you attempting to import into and then selecting on the "..." and choosing 'Edit Object Type Mapping'.
