Data Manager - Import ist not running automaticly

Hi,

we have implemented the data manager clients and they run and start the connected jobs and also the cleansing. 

For the cleansing client we have implemented the parameter "full, but the import is not starting. The cleansing runs. 

What can be the issue ?
