I'm looking for assistance in getting a dashboard gadget to display which 1st & 2nd level engineers are on-site (on a daily basis). We currently use a placeholder ticket to assign the shifts to our engineers, and this is visible in the Tempo planning for each individual.
We further use a system dashboard to display performance statistics on the Operations workfloor, and we are looking at how to display the active (daily) assignment in this dashboard.
