Dashboard Team Managed Space- View Only

Hi,

I am setting up a Team Managed JSM space to track our QHSE activities. This is a closed of space for only the QHSE manager since i could also contain confidential information. 

The situation is that we would like to give insights (e.g. number of case, priority and some other statistics) to all employee on what is going on the QHSE department, without giving them access to the content of the QHSE space. I have added My Organization as viewers, however if they don't have access to the space they don't see any information. 

Is there a way to give all our employee access to the dashboard to view the statistics of the QHSE department but only when you have access to the QHSE space you can access the content. So for a normal user they cannot drill down to see more details.

Hi @Rob Peters 

This is not possible, to view work item information users need access to a space.

Simple rule, no access is no view option of information in a space.

Where did you add your organisation as viewers, I suspect on a filter, filters adhere to the project permission, you can create a filter and a the whole org as viewer, but if all users have no access to the project, this will still result in nothing.

Thanks for the reply.

I was already afraid the answer was no :-). I have made both the dashboard as the filter available for the organization as viewer. But without space access they don't see anything.
