Within a service desk project, a default report is the "Requests resolved" report - which includes the exact kind of chart that I'd like to add to a dashboard. (created, resolved, & deflected).
After creating a dashboard > adding a "Service project report" gadget, there is not an option to select the "Requests resolved". I can select any custom report, but there isn't an option for any default report.
As I'm writing the request, the descriptor of the Service project report" gadget states "Displays a custom or knowledge base report from a service project.", which tells me I cannot use a default report.
That being said is there any option I have to add the "Request resolved" default report to a dashboard?

Hi @Michael Burns,
This happens to me as well. Apparently, this report is not yet supported by the gadget in question.
As an alternative to that, you could use a Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) gadget, like the one offered by our Great Gadgets app.
This article might be of great help for you:
Hope this helps.
Danut.
