Dashboard / Average Age Chart

Goal: To have a dashboard that tracks the KPIs of 4/20 staff members.

I have created a project which has more than 20 staff members using it. I am trying to create an individual Average Age Chart which takes data from this project.

I have tried going into the Site Administration > Groups > then adding the 4 team members. I have been unable to link this group to my dashboard, rather I need to link the whole project (doesn't meet my requirements/above goal).

This has been resolved. :)

You can create your own filters which feed into your reports, which can be fed into the charts in your dashboard :)

As a summary add yourself to the group you want to share the dashboard with.

Hi Adrian, thanks for taking the time to respond to the above.

I will need to add some screenshots tomorrow when I’m back at work, in order to ensure I am being clear :)
