Is it possible to have no login required for the Service Desk Customer Portal?

Hi Matthew,
That is unfortunately not possible right now, because users that can login into Service Desk are all users in JIRA. That is why Atlassian currently promotes this tool as a way to provide internal support in your company, although I believe it has much more potential...
