Customize the login page for servicedesk/customer//user/login

I have a requirement to remove the text "Not a member? To request an account, please contact your JIRA administrators." from all of the login pages. I have removed it from the standard JIRA pages (login gadget - secure/dashboard.jspa and login.jsp), but I am not sure where to remove it for servicedesk/customer/<project>/user/login? This is the Service Desk Customer Portal login page.
