Customize Ticket View in Service Desk

Hi, we are using different products of JIRA. 

 

I try to customize the Service Desk Issue View different to the Issue View in Software. 

1) E.g our Service Desk does not need 

- Entwicklung

- Slack

2. How can I group Custom Fields in a Block on the right Side
