Customising the Charts and Reports Add On

Hello

We are using Jira Service Desk and the Charts & Reports add on from view26.

The default charts & reports are a very good starting point but I wondered how they can be customised.

Specifically, I'd like to customise the Breached Vs Met SLA reports to include the origanisations who have had their SLA's breached.

Can the existing report be customised or does a new report have to be created?

I know its been quite a while since you have asked this question. We missed out this one as its quite tricky to track the community. We got hold of this one with a new Forge App which we released yesterday.

Its possible to apply filters on the default built in widget to select desired organizations.  However if you need custom charts you can create one ( timeline/summary charts).
