Customise customer feedback screen

I want to change the content which appears when the customer gives different starts rating while selecting the particular stars. 

Suppose if we select 1st star, he will get "Sorry to hear That"

for third star, "Thanks! we got it"..

I want to change the content which appears when the customer gives the rating.

Thanks in advance. I want to customize the content which is marked in yellow.

Currently, it's not possible to customize the satisfaction survey. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Customize Satisfaction Feedback wording on every selected rating
