Customfield appearing on all new Requests Type creation screens

Hi Everyone, 

I've noticed today on any requests that I'm creating that a customfield "assignment Groups" has somehow started appearing on all new "created" request types. I've done some searching on the issue and come up blank for ideas on how to remove it. I've attached a screenshot that shows the issue. I can't remove it either. Does anyone have any idea on what I need to untick or reset etc to stop it showing on the "blank" request types when I create them. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance!!!
