One of my Customer is not getting notification from the Services desk but his colleague is how do I find why he/she is not getting any notification

Hey Gautam, make sure the prolem user has an email address associated with her Jira user account.
If the issue is affecting only a single issue the user has reported, it might be that she has disabled notifications for this single issue.
If the issue comes up with every issue she has reported to the project then check that she has an email address associated with her account.
