Hi, I have four projects in Jira Service Management.
In all projects, I have added customers to the organization under the menu selection Customers.
But now customers can no longer access the portal to see and create a case.
Whats wrong?
Hi @Matilda Norling ,
please could you check project permissions configuration in your Service Desk project?
Browse Projects and Create Issues should have "Service Project Customer - Portal Access".
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Thank you for he answer, I've done the configuration.
But if I go to The projekt --> Costumer --> Open the Organisation I've created --> View Profile on a costumer I get this.
What do i do?

Customer has not a profile like a customer. That is the problem (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-7888?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=f4058a88-b608-49b3-8c72-844dbdd41f5a)
Btw, even if the customer has not a profile, he should be able to access and create tickets through the portal.
In my option the two problem are not related

Okay, so it's correct that you can't see the profile after I add a customer to an organization? Am I interpreting you correctly?
What should I do to make sure customers can't get into the portal? They get this wrong even though they are in the organization.
