Customers get a spinning wheel when viewing their requests

Hi,

We've recently encountered an issue where some customers will get an infinite spinning wheel when trying to view a request on the portal.

Once the page is refreshed it works fine until they close the window, they've tried several browsers and clearing the cache as well as connecting from a different device.

 The below error appears in the browser console while the wheel is spinning.

I've checked the attlassian-jira.log but there's nothing at the time they get this error.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Do you have any user-installed add-on? Also you can try running Jira in safe mode. At last, create a support zip and open a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/.

Thanks for the quick response. I've listed the add-ons we have installed below, I'll try running Jira in safe mode tonight. I've opened a ticket with Atlassian.
