Some customers don't see "Customize Request List" when they enter their ticket list
They also can't add participants
If someone tells me how I can set this up, what it depends on, or if I have to ask the atlassian team, if it has a cost as well.
It's worth mentioning that what I show is in one project and where you can't see it is in another. Both are almost identical, they even share settings, but I can't find where this menu is set or what I can do to make customers see it.
