Customers and SLAs

I am new to Jira SD, currently using the free demo product, to do a proof of concept to our management that Jira SD will be a suitable replacement for our current system.

But i am struggling to see where you can allocate specific SLAs to a specific customer? can SLAs only be defined against a project?

Also, is the only way to add additional information against a customer, such as telephone number, contact details, general notes about the customer, to create a confluence page for everyone?

Hello Andy, each service project can have an independent SLA, which can be found in the project settings.

Thanks, so the only way to define SLAs is against a project, rather than an individual customer?

So if we had customers that have different SLAs in their contracts with us, we would need to create a separate project for each?

As far as I know, the dimension of SLA is designed according to the project, and the classification of the project is the dimension of the customer
