Customers added to a space are not appearing.

I have added a customer to a specific project/space and after waiting an hour, the customer still has not appeared as being invited.

Hello @David Lehman 

  • Have you added your customer to Customers section?
  • Have you added your customer as Service Desk Customers project role?

I had added the customer email and associated project/space to Customers section, yes

@David Lehman have you tried clearing cache and start in incognito mode?
