Customers add problem

Hello ! 

i working on my jira service desk plateform to have better collaboration in my work. I created 1 project and 3 organizations for my 3 biggers clients : 

Actually in Jira i have 3 differents project (2 for test). 

I would to add a new customers in my production project, for that i followed this :

Click on the Organization name

Add customers

And added it in the Add customers to  "Project".

Now, this customers is in 2 differents project, no juste the one i added it. Why? I checked in user and roles and the users is not in. 

A customers isn't linked to a single project? 

The user is added to this other project

The configuration of customers permissions for this project

Any idea? I hope i'm as clear as possible :)
