Customers Unable to view Tickets created by Support Team (Active Directory)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When Support Desk Users create a support ticket, Customers are unable to view these tickets regardless of who we set as being the reporter or participant on the ticket, or even if we send them the direct link to the ticket.

We use Active Directory for our User Management and believe this may be causing this issue.

How can we enable the customers to view tickets created by Support Users? This is causing us quite a lot of inconvenience.
