I gave a test of the Feature "Customer service mangement" on our Sandbox.
And...promising, but something...missing ?
Is anyone here able to tell me if (and so..how?) I could get the Request History you can see when getting in the customer page , but directly in the issue view?
Like, this information is clearly usefull, but would be even more to have it directly when working on something than having to go through multiple page to get it.
(You can see in the PrintScreen that I was begining to test thing by creating a field named "History"

Steve, this looks fun... and I'm interested in the same now that you've mentioned it here.
I'll take a poke around at this next week. (We are upgrading to JSM Premium next week, so I'll see what I can find).
As a first-pass, I would think if we could have a filtered view of issues show up in the issue view, that might just do the trick.
SO far...
No big solution except asking agent to click on customer name to see détails and history about them.
