Can someone please let me know how I can get the other customer satisfaction rating responses to display when responding to a question for the virtual service agent?
I'm not seeing an area where I can edit these outside of just making sure the "Collect satisfaction (CSAT) feedback" is enabled under Project settings. Is there another area to edit this that im missing?
The attached image showing only response 5 for Very good is displaying for some reason. Any thoughts on how I get the rest of the options to display in the drop down?
