Customer satisfaction negative feedback

I would like setting a mandatory comment when customer feedback is negative (one or two stars).

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to customize the satisfaction survey. We have some feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
- Allow an agent to set the notification when they get specific rating in CSAT survey
- Allow customized satisfaction options
- Multiple question CSAT survey
