Customer satisfaction - Customize the survey

Hi, we will like to customize the customer satisfaction, not only edit one question, but add others. Is it possible to do that? If yes, please help. If no, it'll be a feature you have to implement

Hello @Mael Tedebay you can't customize the built in survey but there are apps that allow you to do that, I haven't used them but seen them in the marketplace
