Hi Guys,

I have the following setup on Jira Service Management (Cloud).

  • Projects A, B & C
  • Customer portals A, B & C respective to Project A, B & C

I have added only one customer "joe" to Project A, but joe can view Customer portals A, B & C.

So how to restrict joe to Customer portals A? Please do let know

Go to each project and for each one, go into "customers" under "channels and people".  At the top of the screen, there's a "change permissions" link which will allow you to change who can use the portal
