Customer portal form visual customization

I am trying to customize my JIRA SD customer portal with a little formatting.  I only want to add a line on the form to separate fields from each other.  Any ideas without adding a 3rd party add-in?

Hi Jamie,

Unfortunately, this feature is not implemented on JIRA yet.

You can access all available customization of the Customer Portal, by following this steps.

1. Go to the project you want;
2. Click in "Settings;
3. Select the option "Portal Settings.

In this page, you will find the available configuration for the customer portal.

Besides that, there is a feature request opened to give more customization options for the Customer Portal.
