Customer portal change from drop down menu to list

Dear Atlassian Community.

I did setup a Jira Service desk based on an IT template.

It looks like this now:

But how can i change the Customer portal to look like this?

I really tried hard to find a solution for this but nothing found so far. Can you help?

Looks like your Service Desk is on the new help center or they called it Portal X

See this Atlassian blog for more information. From the blog, it stated that

Can I go back to the old experience?

You can go back to the old experience before January 17th. If you’re using the new help center after January 17th, you won’t be able to go back to the old help center.

So if you're on that, it's no longer possible to be on the previous version of help center.
