Customer portal cannot be converted to https

Hello,
I have the problem that I have switched my Jira software from http to https and now my customer portal from Jira Service Desk remains at http.
Now my question:
Where can I switch the Jira Service Desk customer portal to https.
The proxy access already the view on https at the service desk can even if not answered.

Jira Version 8.13
Service Desk Version 4.13

Couple of questions

• How is it defined in your server.xml? 
• Are you using a Reverse proxy? (which one?)
• Can you manually go the HTTPS version and you want it to auto redirect or it just times out on https?

I found the problem.

I changed the connector on Confluence but forgot to change it on Jira.
