Customer portal background color

I see how we can change the banner color/image, but I don't see any customizable settings for the lower half of the customer portal page. It appears completely white right now.

Is there a way to change the background color for the lower portion of the customer portal page?

Unfortunately not. Customization of the portal is fairly limited.

Hey - if it is of any help to you or anyone else, this is combustibility relatively new for the portal. I am quite enjoying it ... I do wish they introduce section or background colors thought
