Customer portal announcment banner dropdown

Hi

Is is somehow possible to disable the dropdown on the announcement banner and just show the whole text? There is a lot more written under it that stays hidden

Hi Gerda,

Currently, the portal is limited to show the announcement banner in one line. We don't have a feature specifically for this, but we have one where our dev team is collecting feedback and this issue was reported by a customer as well:
