Customer permissions to create requests in Jira Service Desk

Hi all,

In my company, some of the members are using Atlassian Accounts. We've created a Jira Service Desk for IT Help. How can I configure it so people without Atlassian Account can open a Request?

Thank you

HI @Carlota Vendrell

What do you mean here Atlassian Account? is this is for Customer or Agent?

You mean to say ...opening an request form customer portal then you need to invite a customer or add them manually so that they can create/raise a request directly from portal...and they dont need to have a atlassian account as well.

Hi @Yogesh Mude

I mean Costumer! They need my approval to open a request?

I would like to grant access to open requests by seeing if their email belongs to my company!
