Hello,
is there a way to use SAML SSO (via ADFS) with Jira Service Desk for Customers?
I'm facing two problem scenarios:
1. If I add the customer as user (via REST API) it gets counted as agent which dramatically increases my costs
2. If I add the customer as customer he can't login to the Service Desk via SAML SSO.
What can I do to let customers authenticate themselves?

I have tested it and its working, but I have to look further to disable the additional invitation mail and the questions in the beginning after first login, as "whats your job role", etc.
