Hey,
i have a questiona. I have to import customer to our new Jira ServiceDesk. I have the list in a csv format or can change to some other format.
What i need ist import the full Name, email, one custom fild and create the organization from the customers and assign them.

It is possible that one organization has more than one user.
I have try the JSON import, CSV import but it isn't possible to assign the customer to the new created organization automaticly.
Mayby i have a python enviroment to do the import by a python script.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks so much for your question.

In response to your first question, organizations are designed to have one or more customers.

In response to your second question, you can create customers and organisations programmatically. Please refer to the following REST API documentation:
https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.9.1/#servicedeskapi/customer-createCustomer
https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.9.1/#servicedeskapi/organization-addUsersToOrganization

Thank you,
Jira Service Desk
