I'm looking for a similar action, I need to send specific emails to specific groups of customers in my project: IT Group, Business Group, Security Group, etc and I would like to create a customer group to do it or something like that.
Understanding that this post was published in 2021, Do you have another way to do it?
Also, I don't understand if you migrate the customer to an Atlassian account, the customer will have access to all projects in the product.?
Do you have another way to do this automation?
